James Court Project Update 2

We are excited to finally share another update on our ongoing project on James Street, as this project has made some good progress over the past few weeks.

1. Roofing works: The roofing phase is beginning to take good shape as it nears completion. The team are working hard to reach the completion deadline next week, and after visiting the project and seeing the improvements made with the new slate and materials, it's clear to see that this particular project (especially externally) will stand out the most on James Street. 2. Solid foundation with steel beams and columns: Steel beams and steel columns have successfully been installed by our engineers, also. This once again creating the essential and necessary structural integrity to progress with other works.

3. Ongoing development roadmap: Our masons have also been carefully restoring the exterior look of the building this week, re-defining the mortar joints and more. Not only to improve the building aesthetic but also to increase durability against water intrusion and structural damage etc. 4. Dry Lining Begins: Looking ahead, we can finally say our dry liners are pencilled in to commence work on the 11th of September. This will mean the installation of the interior wall systems that work as the blueprint for the rooms and common areas within the property. More updates and announcements to come, so stay tuned!
